(Senior) Administration Officer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handles telecommunication services such as telephone line installation and relocation, voice recording system, IDD and mobile phone arrangement
  • Arranges stationery / office equipment / maintenance orders
  • Assists in office / branch renovation and relocation projects
  • Assists in others administrative works such as mailing services, printing
  • Assists in fixed asset record updating and arrangement
  • Assists in office / branch cleaning work
  • Backup of receptionist duties, if needed
  • Others tasks assigned by Team Head / Department Head

Incumbent Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above
  • 3 years of working experience in banking industry is preferable 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Hardworking, independent, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Administration Officer.
