As a member of the Human Resources Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Team, you will support team managers in the daily operations and special projects relating to the full spectrum of C&B functions, including payroll and benefits administration, manpower planning and reporting, budget preparation, as well as annual remuneration review.
To be successful in this role, you should be tertiary educated, majored in human resources management, business studies or a relevant discipline. You should also possess at least 3 years' relevant experience, preferably gained from financial or multinational organizations. A high level of numeracy and the ability to interpret and present statistical data are expected. Proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is also essential.
