Come and join us as a Senior Advertising Operations Officer/ Senior Digital Advertising Specialist ! A Senior Revenue Operations Specialist/Senior Advertising Operations officer who leads initiatives and plans for projects as well as overseeing project implementation and its extension to standard working routine in a fast-paced digital gaming industry.

Revenue Operations team provides overall back-end support to both our Hong Kong and overseas’ offices. We are a solution-driven operations team that always keep the pace with the technology trend. This role participates in leading and designing advertising campaigns to boost revenue for the company. You will direct and work closely with the colleagues in Revenue Operations department. This is not a sales role!

What are the job duties?

  • Lead and motivate the Advertising Revenue Operations Team on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage advertising networks to optimize revenue 
  • Ensure appropriate resource allocation and coordinate among different departments
  • Research and compare various supply side platforms
  • Formulate and execute new advertising revenue policies, oversee the launch and management of new advertising network vendors integrated with platforms 
  • Lead regular and ad hoc reporting for various campaigns
  • Streamline ad operations processes, documentation and infrastructure

What skills do you need? 

  • 2+ years work experience and SQL knowledge preferred
  • Degree in computer science/business management related fields preferred
  • Able to demonstrate planning capability and leadership skill to direct the Advertising Revenue Operations Team. Experience in project management is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to converse with various capacities to promptly address business needs and achieve goals
  • Able to handle multiple assignments with strong problem solving capabilities
  • Smart, fast, proactive learner with organizational agility and strong attention to details
  • Effective team player with excellent computer skills
