Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager

  • University degree in finance, accounting, or business
  • Industry training or post graduate qualifications in securities

trading

  • 2-3 years or above work experience in security dealing brokerage,

dealing or administration / NAV

  • A clear understanding of the buy side trading process for typical

hedge fund securities

Job Duties:

  • This is an exciting role through which you will broaden your

experience base gaining exposure to all areas of the trading cycle and
NAV production

  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that would suit a person

with excellent attention to detail, enjoys working independently and
closely with Fund Managers, Fund Administrators and brokerage houses

  • Ensure the teams delivery of daily trade management services to

within SLA requirements

  • Management and monitoring of listed and unlisted securities through

the trade cycle including the trade booking, data enrichment and
settlement process

  • Supervise and contribute to the daily delivery of position, GAV, NAV

and P&L reporting

  • Liaise directly with investment managers, brokers and custodians in

relation to trading activity and break management as required

  • Review of month end Administrator reporting, preparation of swap reset

exposure and other ad-hoc reporting as required

  • Answer trade, corporate action, valuation and other requests from all

parties to the trade cycle

  • Lead the local team and work with Middle Office Australia in the

coordination of deliverables
