Under the guidance of the Head of GCS APAC and the APAC CEO Chief of Staff, to support transversal client activities and initiatives across CIB APAC and enhance further the analysis of client activity to identify and promote cross sell/development opportunities to Coverage and Business Lines
1. Support Transversal Activities and Initiatives in APAC
Support Head of GCS APAC to prepare and organize the governance for transversal APAC client business development forums, projects and initiatives (RCF, Cross-border Alignment, among others). Tasks to include working with stakeholders on issues and topics, tracking of KPIs, consolidation of presentation
2. Deepen Smart Analysis of Client Activity
Under the Client Business Development work stream and jointly with the JDMP and local GCS, to deepen and bring to the next level the smart analysis of client activity related to :
3. Marketing Support
Use data from external data suppliers to (1) prepare benchmarking and wallet size review and analysis, and (2) transform the information into actionable leads for Coverage and Business Lines to grow in their client activity
Promote the sharing of best practices through screening of remarkable deals for publication, LSC Backtesting ﴾with Portfolio Mgt APAC) and other post‐mortem reviews
Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures, and the summary of responsibilities list attached hereto.
