Senior Analyst, Business Process Enhancement (With Internal Control Background)
Job MatcherResponsibilities:
- Partner with user department to analyze issues/ pain points and identify opportunity for improvement
- Provide professional advices to business partners on financial matters
- Capture and analyze user requirements, conduct business analysis and propose recommendations/ options, including but not limited to automation, work flow enhancement, etc.
- Partner with user department in the various phases of the business process enhancement or other system enhancement projects
- Work with IT for feasibility assessment
- Participate inproject planning and support deployment process that communicate tasks, status, and delivery dates
- Take up PMO role in large scale projects
- Work directly and closely with different business units and IT department
- Support testing/ training before implementation
Requirement:
- Degree or above in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in business process and workflow improvements
- Candidate from audit firm is also welcomed
- Experience in manufacturing industry is required
- Knowledge and practical experiences in SAP is preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work with various parties across all levels, internally and externally
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; Good report writing skill in English is required
- After COVID-19 pandemic is over, approximately 20% travel worldwide is required
