Senior Analyst, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis

  • University Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA qualification
  • 3-4 years' relevant working experience in a multicultural environment
  • Big 4 experience is an advantage
  • Excellent Excel, Power point skills, SAP and Hyperion hands on
experience are advantages
  • Exceptional communication skills; Proficient in both written & spoken
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and work well under time pressure
  • Reliable and Independent
  • Attention to details, strong numerical sense
  • Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skill

Job Duties:
  • Yearly Budget / 3 Year Strategic Plan / Quarterly Forecast
  • Consolidate and review data submitted from divisions and corporate
  • Assist in preparing individual business unit and consolidated company
  • Ensure completeness of information as submitted from various business
  • Ensure data integrity. Identify and communicate on issue effectively
with supervisor
  • Assist in preparing detailed schedules, memos and presentations for
management review and circulation for board of directors' meeting
  • Produce simulations and scenario analysis
  • Preparing the reporting requirement and deliverables
  • Analysis and reports should be prepared in a timely and accurate
  • Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow projections
  • Monthly Management and Reporting
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and presentations to the Company
management and board of directors
  • Review and analyses the company's monthly performance
  • Preparing and ensure timely delivery of various monthly financial
  • Generating reports from various systems to assist with the analysis
  • Reports and analysis should be prepared accurately, supported by
detailed working papers
  • Capital Expenditure Feasibility Analysis
  • Review and analyze divisions' capital expenditure investment proposal
  • Ensure the investment proposal meets with all financial hurdles and is
prepared in accordance with the Company Capital Expenditure Policy
  • Ensure the correctness of financial model/analysis and adequate
information is provided for management review
  • Communicate effectively with divisions' FP&A team to resolve issues
  • Preparing corporate FP&A memo to summarize the investment proposal
and recommendation
  • Ensure timely and effective processing and completed record of CER in
  • Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Statistical and quantitative analysis as requested by supervisor/
management for internal review or presentation to Board, Bankers, etc
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis as required by controller group
  • Assist with implementation of new planning system (SAP Business
Planning & Consolidation)
