Senior Analyst, Key Account Management
  • University Degree holder or equivalent qualification preferably with minimum 4 years working experience in the logistics environment with track record in international account management
  • Candidates with exposure in retail/apparel industry or buying office will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Strong process management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English & Mandarin
  • Strong in PC skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Job Duties:
  • This position is created to assist key account managers in managing global account programs with the objectives to maintain service excellence and continue to improve supply chain efficiency
  • This position will play an vital role to help implement customer projects, review service performance and conduct KPI analysis
  • This role will actively participate in regular business review with the customer
  • Assist key account managers to implement new customer programs and support customer initiatives
  • Coordinate with regional operations teams and functional teams to ensure delivery of service commitments
  • Develop proper KPIs to effectively measure logistics efficiency for customer
  • Conduct regular performance review, identify improvement opportunities and proactively offer solutions to customer
  • Participate and support key account managers on regular performance and business reviews, identify new opportunities and maintain relationship with customer
  • Participate and support response to customer RFQ and RFP
  • Ensure any service issues escalations are timely and effectively handled and response to customer. Coordinate with regional teams and respective functional teams for problem solving and develop corrective and preventive actions 
  • Prepare customer presentation and meeting materials. Support customer relationship events and customer visit activities
  • Take ownership of LP (Logistics Procedures) include set up and managing data flow and system integration with customer and service providers
  • Manage local operations team performance to ensure compliance to LP
