Senior Analyst Programmer (Java & Backend-oriented)

Job description:

What you will be doing? / Responsible:

1. Analyse user requirements and design microservices solutions
2. Identify system bottlenecks and enhance existing systems
3. Work closely with junior programmers and the QA team to identify issues and develop new features
4. Write scalable, robust, well-tested, maintainable code and technical documents
5. Bring new ideas and build PoC (Proof of Concept)

Who We are looking for? / Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in Java development and performance optimisation
2. Hands-on experience in Spring framework, JDBC, Mybatis or Hibernate
3. Hands-on experience in version control tools (GIT/SVN)
4. Hands-on experience in building tools (Gradle/Maven) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Gitlab CI)
5. Hands-on experience in RDBMS or Message Queue solutions (MySQL, RabbitMQ/Kafka)
6. Hands-on experience in agile development
7. Self-motivated, innovative thinking, detailed-oriented, good problem-solving skills
8. 3-5 years of work experience in system development
9. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer

Would be great if you have? / Priority considers:

1. Extensive Experience with Spring boot Framework / Dubbo / Java 8+ / Redis / Docker / ELK / RabbitMQ / Kafka
2. Hands-on experience in highly concurrent systems
3. Hands-on experience in java upgrade
4. Experience in blockchain technology
