Senior Architect / Architect

Responsibilities:

• Architectural design and management for a portfolio of property development
• Responsible for architectural, planning and interior design projects, including providing in-house feasibility study, concept, layout planning, detailed design works refinement
• Liaison and coordination with Project Manager, Site Team and external consultants, etc
• Establish and set milestone on project programs. Establish design briefs and design requirements

Requirements:

• University graduates in Architecture Design or related disciplines
• 6 years’ relevant experience
• Qualified Architects with at least 2 years' post-qualification relevant experience
• Experience gained from Property Developer or working experience in local residential projects is preferred
• Good hands-on experience in luxury residential projects with good design flair & management skills
• Proficient in local building regulations and recent residential market
• Creative, organized and self-motivated with hands-on 3D rendering and AutoCAD skills
• Proactive and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
• Good communication skills and proficient in written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Architect
