Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities

Supervise and guide the subordinates to ensure smooth running of the section

Perform daily operational jobs in the clearing operations team

Maintain high quality customer service standards and good operational control to prevent any complaints and losses

Support project development including other relating testings and assist the manager to plan resources to cope with launch of new products / services

Make recommendations on modification of procedures and application of technology to enhance operational efficiency and control

Ensure relevant activities can meet the respective cutoff set by HKICL
Requirements
-
Post Secondary or Above
-
At least 3 year’s relevant working experience in banking operations and practices
-
Knowledge of banking operations including activities relating to paper cheque / electronic clearing
-
Experience of people management preferable

Able to build an effective teamwork within the section and co-operate in a harmonious and productive manner with superiors

Accuracy and thorough in work

Result and customer services oriented

Excellent PC knowledge
