Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

  • Assist in sourcing, implementation and monitoring quality learning and development programs and activities to ensure the proposed solutions aligns with our overall Client Impact Strategy and other Strategies such as Digital Enterprise Journey and DE&I strategy.
  • Support the roll out of learning initiatives and/or programs including proper on-site/ classroom/ virtual logistics support.
  • Act as the super administrator of a range of prevailing learning systems, talent assessment tools and collaborative platforms such as Learning Management System (LMS) and other means of digital platforms.
  • Perform operations support on professional qualifications (e.g., LOMA) & examination administration and company-wide compliance training.
  • Engagement Related
  • Consolidate employee engagement surveys result and build reports. Assist in all follow-up work in partnership with HRBPs/ line managers to identify engagement gaps & solutions for respective divisions
  • Execute a range of employee engagement activities and/or events to support our business on driving engaging workforce including but not limited to employee recognition programs and employee activities by working with a group of staff recreation committee (SRC) in different divisions.

Talent Management

  • Provide administrative support in the execution and streamlining of the annual talent review processes and performance review cycle. Prepare detailed documents for the calibration meetings and follow up data input in HR system post meetings.
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of Talent Analytics reports & dashboards via Excel and/or Tableau or other prevailing tools.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with at least 3 years of human resources experience
  • Preferably with field experience on L&D and / or talent management/ development function
  • Able to handle multi-tasks. Be highly proactive, organized, and strong prioritization skills.
  • Creative in coming up new ideas and explore new ways of working including technology enablement.
  • At the same time, close attention to details along with an arcuate sense of numbers with good analytical skills
  • A positive, flexible, and can-do attitude; able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
  • Experience in event and project management skill preferred especially in the launch of systems and tools.
