We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Senior Banking Sales Officer.


Principal responsibilities

  • Conduct sales activities and recommend appropriate general banking solutions to customers in professional manner
  • Handle customer enquiries and cross-sell extensive ranges of banking products
  • Contribute to achieve the team’s service and sales objectives
  • Support the bank’s initiatives when necessary
  • Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the Bank's policies and all applicable regulatory guidelines



  • Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered
  • Passes in IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3) & HKSI (Paper 1,7,8) a must
  • Minimum of 3 year sales / telemarketing experience, with exposure in banking projects an advantage
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation, with good communication and phone skills
  • Resilient, capable to work effectively and responsibly in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
