Senior BIM Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of BIM implementation for Building Construction Projects


• Supervise and provide guidance / training for a team of in-house BIM Engineers for BIM project execution


• BIM Technology development and implementation


• Set-up and maintain drawing and modeling standard 


• Manage model production and ensure quality of model deliverables


• 2D CSD and CBWD production from 3D models


• 3D BIM production, clash analysis, walk-through analysis and as-built model


• 4D Construction Simulation production


• Facilitate BIM training / coaching for in-house staffs

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in either Architectural Studies, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Surveying, Interior Design or equivalent


• Associate Member of HKIBIM or CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator or equivalent


• Min. 5 years’ relevant experience in application of BIM for Building Construction Projects


• Have good knowledge, technique and experience in relevant BIM software


• Experienced in 3D and 4D architectural, structural and MEP BIM technologies implementation
