We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Branch Operations Manager (Stream Management).


Principal Responsibilities


  • Senior Branch Operations Manager (Stream) reports to Head of Retail Distribution Risk, and the job nature requires close working contact with senior management

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and branch management team to ensure compliance to all relevant internal and external requirements, as well as achievement of customer satisfaction

  • Ensure business growth is attained in the context of compliance to business and operations procedures and policies

  • Monitor branch and wealth service performance and operation processes in line with Group/ Wealth and Personal Banking/ Retail Distribution strategies

  • Leading the effective roll-out of service & sales support initiatives and projects that align Group’s direction and strategy

  • Deliver the required service standards and proposition consistently

  • Operate within the approved operating and strategic plan process to develop the Wealth and Personal Banking business

  • Maintain awareness of operational risk

Requirements


  • Bachelor degree holder with relevant experience in the field of Banking and Financial Service and branch management

  • Understanding of Group business, strategy, values and behaviours

  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver results with multiple deadlines

  • Good analysis, problem solving and decision- making capabilities applied with demonstrable impact in cross functional projects

  • Strong leadership, motivation and management abilities required to lead a team

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A creative thinker who has a strong desire to challenge existing work practices and effect positive change to enable the bank to meet its strategic aims

  • Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
