Senior Branch Service Support Manager

  • Provide advice and support to local retail branches to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations with emphasis on quality banking services
  • Negotiate and liaise with internal and external parties
  • Coordinate, manage and resolve problems during different stages from branch related project initiation to its implementation
  • Optimize workflow of the supervised business routine, so as to enhance operating efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management
  • Write up and update operating procedures and operating guidelines


  • Degree holder in business disciplines
  • At least 5 years of branch operations experience in banking industry
  • Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational, analytical, time management skills and risk awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
