(Senior) Brand Executive

Yick Fung Hong Cosmetic & Detergent Co Ltd

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Brand Executive to join our Brand Marketing Team. Core job responsibilities include the followings :

1) Digital activation (50%)
  • which may involve planning and implementing online media and promotion initiatives and operational plan to maximize brand awareness and business growth.
  • a part of activation may involve highlight or activation in Online Shopping Platform (e.g., HKTV Mall, & Ztore), alignment with trade marketing is need.
  • digital advertising- GDN & Youtube
  • E-com content development
  • Any other relevant digital marketing initiatives
2) Consumer Campaign / Promotion (20%)
  • work on co-brand activities with other brands or parties to inject exciting element and linking of consumer profile, from concept down to execution (media / events)
  • prepare promotion pack (evaluation of consumer / packaging design / production / co-pack arrangement)
3) Brand.com revamp (10%)
  • Brand.com website revamp
4) Daily Marketing work (20%)
  • paperwork and simple analysis
  • trade sample/ marketing premium preparation
  • Money accrual in P&L
  • Creating new skus in system
  • Competitor analysis
  • Packaging adaptation (may need to help)
Requirements
  • University graduate with a minimum of 1 year experience in brand development preferable in FMCG sector.
  • Initiative with presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and some experiences in channels (experience in online and offline sales role will be an advantage)
  • Hands-on PC skills in MS Office, & Chinese Word Processing
  • Proactive and able to work under stress
  • Able to quickly react to changing environment.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Experienced candidates will be considered as SM
