Senior Building Services Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Technical support to tendering, subletting and purchasing
  • Project management and contract administration of building services installation for building construction projects
  • Manage and supervise a team of building services engineers and sub-contractors on site for execution of building services installation
  • Coordination and production of CSD, CBWD, CRCP
  • Supervise and monitor site activities, including progress, cost control, installation workmanship
  • Coordinate with clients, architect, consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent academic qualification
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building services engineering in construction industry, within which at least 3 years should be in senior level in a project team
  • Good knowledge in technical and project management of building services and building construction
  • Experience in contract administration and coordination of CSD,CBWD, CRCP and BIM 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills
  • Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
