PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in Agile Environment alongside with Testers, Developers and Product Owners for different projects requirements analysis and design
- Prepare business documents – Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
- Provide regular progress updates to the Product Owners
- Creating user stories with acceptance criteria
- Testing of software platforms to meet acceptance criteria
- Prioritizing product backlog alongside Product Owner
- Develop in-depth Business process knowledge and technical skills relating to technology within the Business
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Min. 5 years relevant Business Analyst experience
- Solid experience in Scrum, Agile, Jira, project management is an advantage
- Ideally some experience in UX/UI design (business processes/solution design)
- UML, wireframing tool (e.g. Sketch or Balsamiq) and prototyping tool (e.g. Justinmind or Axure) experience are highly appreciated
- Hands-on experience in functional/non-functional requirements gathering
- Strong business analysis experience with technical background
- Experience in writing user stories and test cases
- Familiar with system development life cycle, Agile methodology, Feature-driven development.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle deadlines
- Willing to learn, eager to propose fresh ideas and solution driven approach
