We are looking for AM / Senior Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office. The AM / Senior Business Analyst will lead the liaison between business representatives and IT team, focusing on customer requirements.
What You will Experience
You will work closely with our business partners to analyze business requirements and review/produce specifications for any new/change to our front-to-back applications. You will be responsible to identify, assess, and document business requirements, providing input to business priorities, and advising busines on options, risks, and costs. You will also work closely with the development team to ensure that they understand the requirements and specification.

What You will need to Succeed
The Senior Business Analyst requires significant Business Analysis/Project Management experience across the full project lifecycle (prioritization, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment).
You will need proven track record in hands on end-to-end scoping, feasibility study, business analysis and QA; agile & SDLC delivery as Business Analyst; and experience in delivery record, running multiple projects simultaneously that involve digital/process change and technology enhancements.
An independent self-starter with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; strong project management, communication, presentation and influencing skills; and have empathy and generosity towards business and technical team stakeholders to uncover pain points and opportunities to deliver business value through technical solutions will be essential to success.
