Senior Business Analyst

  • Be a department representative in project discussions with project stakeholders
  • Deliver assigned projects and initiatives under Sales HR department on time with good quality
  • Provide pre-project support to coordinate with IT for system feasibility and delivery
  • Provide post-project support to ensure the effectiveness of system changes and Sales HR RTB teams fully understand system and procedure changes after project or new initiatives launch
  • Prepare and review business requirement, functional specification, project timeline, UAT and IVT plan for projects and initiatives delivery with team members
  • Manage team members in conducting training to ensure Sales HR RTB teams can run smoothly upon project launch
  • Support Sales HR RTB teams for system production issues


  • University graduate major in Project Management, Business or Information Technology related subjects
  • At least 6 years of working experience in insurance industry with at least 4 years of relevant experience in insurance industry. Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst
  • Experience in project management is required
  • Knowledge and experience of AS400 is an added advantage
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Good in communication, organized, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills with leadership skill and experience, attentive to details and as an excellent team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Macro and Chinese Word Processing
