Senior Business Analyst
Job MatcherResponsibilities:
- Be part of the Management Information System Team, participate in company-wide digital transformation projects to fulfil business needs
- Responsible for consolidate the business requirements from different business units
- Work with vendors / suppliers to prepare the functional specifications on required systems
- Participate in UAT, system rollout planning, and coordinate works with various support teams
- Lead and facilitate project activities, including user requirement collection, user acceptance test and implementation plan
- Manage vendors for new systems implementation, and provide system support to ensure stable and efficient business operations
Requirements:
- University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related discipline
- At least 8 years up in IT industry as Business Analyst / Consultant for HRMS / ERP / HCM / CRM or other software application
- Proven track record of digital workplace project in business process workflow management, document and knowledge management, e-signature, and workflow automation etc
- Be a change agent, able to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language to key stakeholders
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Possess of Project Management Professional Certificate or relevant qualification is a plus but not essential
