Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Procures up-to-date information on various aspects of Hong Kong and overseas real estate markets such as latest market transactions, new developments and policy changes
• Participates in deal screening, deal structuring and liaise with professional parties to facilitate deal executions
• Assists in the formulation of strategic asset enhancement schemes
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Surveying (GP), Finance, Economics or related disciplines;
• 5 years or above working experience in real estate investment or asset management would be preferred;
• High work commitment, responsible and good communication skills
• A self-starter with strong time management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office with Chinese word processing
• Less Experience will consider as Business Analyst
