Smart Charge, a new service brand run by HKT and CLP, aims to address the entire process of charging Electric Vehicles (EV). We provide one-stop EV charging solutions as well as after-sales service, all to save customers time and hassle.

The incumbent will be responsible for business development and planning for Smart Charge in the market.
Work directly with the Business Development Manager. Present and deliver analysis and insights to facilitate development of business strategy
Develop and prepare business cases through data-driven analytics for business evaluation and approval
Co-ordinate with sales, engineering, marketing and legal department on project proposal and agreements. Regularly interfaces with various internal parties to monitor performances, align on priority, key initiatives and direction
Supports, development and launch of new business initiatives for the brand based on market opportunities
Liaise with different supporting departments on the on-going development of Smart Charge website and mobile applications, provide user requirement and participate in UAT to improve overall customer experience
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering and IT on the on-going system development including billing and ordering systems, provide user requirement and participate in UAT to improve customer experience and operation efficiency
Provide administration support functions and ensure the integrity of various systems and tools. Create and analyze key metrics, reports and data to clearly illustrate client and salesperson performance for senior management
University graduate in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of working experience
Knowledge in Electrical engineering, EV and EV charging will be an advantage
Background from telecommunication, consumer goods and automobile industries is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with people at all levels, both internally and externally
Strong business sense with exceptional logical thinking, highly motivated and presentable
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive
