(Senior) Business Development Executive - Showroom



  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop penetration, sales and marketing strategy in commercial/workplace sector and act as the solution provider in marketing our furniture offerings to clients
  • Propose value-add offerings and solutions to clients and hence to develop trust and consultative relationship
  • Aggressively and effectively achieve sales and brand goals, grow profitable revenues, develop new leads and maintain records in CRM database.
  • Identify and maintain relationship with clients' key decision makers and influential parties through touch point strategy with sales calls, courtesy visits with Principals in town, networking and social activities and marketing communications tools
  • Be in-the-loop of companies planning to move to new locations
  • Stay informed of the latest Workplace trends
  • Be a team player in actively leveraging opportunities with other Business Development personnel of our Group


  • Degree holder with relevant experience and strong network with designer firms, design & build firms, workplace / corporate end clients, and real estate developers so that he/she can hit the ground running.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, knowledge in workplace furniture is a plus
  • Reliable farmer-hunter sales personality with drive to succeed

  • Confident individual with strong business acumen and social skills
  • Good command of English, out-going and detail-oriented.
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager.
