Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
Establish good rapport with business partners and clients to sustain business growth
Perform business research and analysis on market trends, pricing and costing
Attend regular meetings with client representatives to review project issues and address concerns
Deliver timely quotations and quality services to customers. Answer enquiries, handle complaints and conduct client visits
Diploma holder or above in business administration, marketing or related disciplines
At least 3 years in sales or business development role, experience in property management would be an advantage
Aggressive, proactive, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A good team player, self-initiative, customer oriented and result-driven
High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge in MS applications
Conditionally 5 days work
