(Senior) Business Development Executive

Job Description

• Locate new business opportunities as potential digital marketing products both independently and under the guidance of team leader; 
• Prospecting, identifying and acquiring new HK based clients for selling online marketing advertising solutions (e.g. WeChat/China Advertising/China KOLs,etc);
• Follow up sales Leads, prepare sales pitch and agreements with marketing team;
• Maintain good relationships with clients, regular review and up-selling various advertising solutions to enhance their advertising performance/effect;
• Execute inhouse media investment plan by working closely with Marketing Director to enhance the market impact of Our Company;
• Manage clients’ projects, including defining deliverables, schedule and setting milestones, resources planning, coordinating internal resources, expectation management, launch, KPI tracking and post-campaign evaluation, etc.

The Successful Applicant

• 1-4 years Sales or Marketing / Advertising / PR experience;
• Online-media savvy is a big advantage;
• Knowledge in China media (social media, KOLs, Tencent, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video platform, etc), but not a must, training will be provided;
• Creative, Dynamic, embracing changes personally;
• Good communication skills in both English & Chinese;
• Immediate availability is preferred;
• Candidate with higher qualification and relevant working experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Executive / Assistant Business Development Manager.
