The Role

  • Conceptualize and implement effective sales strategies to drive company growth
  • Achieve key Sales KPIs and reach monthly and quarterly targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners ranging from schools, private education institutions, Coding Academies, NGOs and Government entities
  • Regularly visit schools to promote company products and services
  • Create, follow-up and implement expanding plans with the management team
  • Support promotional campaigns, seminars, expositions, competitions and company events etc.


  • At least 3 year of work experience in Sales or Business Development; Previous experience in the Education or School sector is a big PLUS;
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (We believe in knowledge transfer and learning on the job);
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin); and
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Business Development Manager.
