Identify and acquire new business opportunities to achieve all financial targets of the Business Unit - Drive the direction, management, and performance of the segment
Manage and monitor the implementation and performance of the sales/strategic business plans and forecasting of the sales pipeline
Establish business partner relationship
Function as the point of contact for the clients, vendors and partners, and develop excellent relationship with these stakeholders
Actively and successfully manage the solution development, solution pitch, negotiation and closure
Work closely with technology team to develop solutions and manage implementation projects related to advance technologies
Build referral and lead generation network
Involve in account and vendor management
Work closely and provide support to operations, project & corporate sales team
Be very adaptable to frequent changes due to rapid business growth and demands
Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
At least 8 years of working experience in logistic / retail (luxury) / commercial industry
Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
Aggressive for sales hunting
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Organized and meticulous in work, and able to function effectively in a team setting
Candidate with less experience will be consider as Business Development Manager
