Senior Business Development Manager (Hong Kong-based)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop business development strategies and drive sales growth for the Company’s suite of products by proactively exploring and securing sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage, update and expand the current and prospect contact database through various channels to generate effective leads and maximise revenue
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences
  • Participate in any ad-hoc Sales and Marketing programmes and activities
  • Identify, locate and develop relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and develop sales opportunities
  • Establish good rapport and maintain relationship with clients
  • Handle new client on-boarding processes
  • Handle sales enquiries, resolve client complaints and follow up on client application
  • Acquire knowledge of market and industry trends
  • Expand potential customer network and create brand awareness for the Company
  • Act as a key channel of communication to customers.
  • Coordinate with the customer directly and formulate their operational needs into real business plans and sales opportunities.



  • At least 8 years of successful business development/sales experience in selling business solutions or technology solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and team collaboration skills; leadership skills is a plus
  • Must possess demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
  • Result driven and self-motivated
  • Be a holder of HKID/ valid visa with the right to work in Hong Kong
