The job holder retrieves, analyses and bundles crucial information to gain full market transparency upon the assigned strategic business account of Swarovski’s Gemstones Business (GB). By utilizing the market experience to develop genuine/created stone with new prospect, specifically in non-jewellery segment.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The jobholder is
• Define, Prioritize and Formulating execution plans for capturing or initiating opportunities of strategic segment and accounts.
• Analyze market structure, dynamics and perform competitor analysis of key target segments; make action recommendations as appropriate
• Define route-to-market strategy, high-level value proposition and services coverage for prioritized segments
• Define business approaches of the strategy as well as processes for these new business fields and outline key action tasks for the Route-to-Market for new businesses in non-jewelry segment.
• Drive the building up of value creating services, i.e. coordination of the support from our Gem Visions Team but also Sourcing Team which could support the value-added selling
WHAT WE EXPECT
• University Degree
• Minimum 8 years working experience in Business Development
• Good Analytical skill, problem structuring and solution synthesis
• High degree of creativity in data source- and information management
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills, across all levels (from the sales teams to the senior management/board and with customers/partners)
• Familiarity in working with reputed consumer brands
• Work experience in internationally diverse and multi-cultural environments highly preferred
