Purpose of the Position:-

Under general description, the incumbent will focus on Inventory planning & management; to build a valued relationship with our principals; and to be service oriented in performance of duties. He / She needs to perform and present data analysis on performance report for clients and internal management review, and performs related work as required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent services to clients by effectively managing inventory & product repackaging
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, and act as a liaison between clients and other departments within Zuellig Pharma, ensuring the client is informed in a timely manner of developments and plans associated with their business
  • Monitor, analyze and manage potential inventory write-offs and variances, making recommendations to close any gaps
  • Drive continuous supply chain process improvement through regular review and recommendation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead cost and quality improvement initiatives with both internal departments and clients
  • Perform and present data analysis on performance report for clients and internal management review
  • Provide reports and analysis in regular basis for management review, and recommend best practice for continuous improvement accordingly
  • Perform any ad hoc assignment as assigned by supervisor
  • Supervision of 2 subordinates

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in logistics/supply chain management
  • Min. 5 years working experience in inventory management
  • With a good understanding of best in class inventory management and customer practices
  • Self-motivated with strong communications, customer service and supervisory skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
  • Able to handle multiple tasks for demanding clients in a fast moving environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent analytical skills, and a good knowledge of Excel is a must, with familiarity of PivotTable and lookup
  • Knowledge of SAP operation preferred
