The Integrated Implementation Management Office (IIMO) is responsible for executing Strategy, Business Plan and Special Project set by the Club’s Executive Level, taking responsibility for quality and content of project deliverables, managing external and internal communication about change initiatives, supporting Business Units’ adaptation to new operational imperative, conducting operational readiness test to ensure that Business is ready for operational rollout to fulfil customers’ needs with the enhanced customer experience journey.

You will:

  • Assist Business Performance Improvement Manager in data analysis, process design and mapping, business operating model refinement, executing transformational changes and communication as required by the IIMO
  • Assist in preparing workshop materials and business solution presentations to stakeholders
  • Work with cross functional teams (e.g. Foods & Beverages, Recreation, Retail) to define standard operating procedure, identify service solution and put it into proper documentation

You should have:

  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years relevant working experience in Customer Experience Journey Design, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Project Management, Process/System Implementation (preferably in CRM and/or Hospitality industry)
  • A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Hospitality discipline
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Data Modelling in Excel and Process Mapping Tool (Visio or Nimbus). Knowledge of CRM, Hospitality is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
