HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.


We are currently seeking a high calibreprofessional to join our team as a Senior Business Performance Manager.


Principal Responsibilities


  • Provide strategic business insights to Head of WPB and the wider local RBWM management team

  • Support the Head of WPB and product owners with in-depth customer/product profitability analysis, competitor benchmarking and drive RWA optimization

  • Support business cases development and evaluations including marketing campaigns and CTB projects

  • Provide analysis and insight to identify and drive opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness

  • Identify high risk areas or key issues to the business and make recommendations where appropriate

Requirements


  • Solid finance background

  • Strong data analytical skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Effective communication and inter-personal skills

  • Proactive in problem identification and solving

  • Fluent Cantonese and English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
