  • Support the long-term development strategy and implementation of strategic initiatives of contact center in relation to the Bank strategy and Omni-channel strategy
  • Manage and rationalize the performance management system, including target cascade, scorecards, incentive scheme, etc. Also manage performance of functional teams and the whole contact center against key performance indicators, rolling business plans and strategic intents
  • Ensure internal control standards and service level are upheld, including timely implementation of rationalization plans from quality assurance, compliance, internal and external auditors
  • Take proper and timely consideration of the market, industry and competitor analysis to support planning, operation optimization as well as productivity and efficiency management


  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline
  • 5 – 7 years of personal banking and/or Contact Center experience with strategy consulting experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in productivity management and sales management are expected
  • Ability to implement effective action plans and project management with capacity to engage senior management
  • Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua
