Job Functions: Business Development, Management, Strategic Planning



  • Formulate and implement the insurance sales strategies and monitor the business performance, in order to maximize the profit of the branch network
  • Cooperate with and work closely with the product managers to communicate the latest insurance business strategies, products, market trends and compliance information with the members of Insurance Sales, in accordance with the direction of development of insurance business
  • Monitor and guide the members of Insurance Sales consistently to promote the insurance business, and ensure all of the members of Insurance Sales to fulfill the business and compliance requirements



  • Bachelor degree or above, with major in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Financial Management an advantage
  • With 7-10 years or above relevant experience, 5-7 years or above working experience in financial institutions, 3 years or above business management experience; with personal banking management / administration / project management or relevant experience preferred
  • Qualifications in IIQE
  • Qualifications in CFA / CFP / CFMP / LMI / other financial or life-insurance related international qualifications preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua, as well as sound writing and reporting skills
  • Familiar with modern technology, softwares, statistical science, IT
  • Extensive knowledge in banking operation and procedure enhancement
  • Familiar with local insurance regulatory requirements, industry practice and risk management concepts, principles and control framework
  • Possess the general business operation and market knowledge
  • Knowledge in project management, product development and business strategy is also an advantage.
