Senior Buyer / Buyer - Food

  • Co-ordinate with supplier for all ordering & shipment follow up;
  • Deploy effective replenishment & allocation plan so as to maintain optimal stock as well as SKU's holding at store level
  • Report & analysis for all product & pricing strategies;
  • Full responsibility of all product nutritional & quality issues;
  • Take a leading role to drive marketing & sales team by formulating integrated merchandising & promotional plan


  • University Graduate preferably in Food science or related discipline
  • 3 - 5 years of Food buying experience with customer oriented mindset
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Excellent skills in Excel
  • Fast learner, be numerate and self-motivated
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with knowledge of written and spoken Japanese is an asset
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Buyer
