Senior Buyer (Children / Toys)

To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Responsibilities:

-           Responsible for sourcing, buying and organizing the business for specific brands

-           Manage sales forecasts and buying budget management

-           Prepare Sales Report, Sell-Through Report, Stock Take Report, and OTB Report

-           Manage all aspects of Retail Operations

-           Develop and implement promotion and retail strategies at the operational level

-           Provide product training and fashion trend information to the front-line staff

-           Regular report to management for sales performance, merchandise mix, inventory                        situations, and essential issues

Requirements:

-           University graduate in retail management or fashion related disciplines

-           At least five years buying experience for international brands in Children or Toy's                         department

-           Strong analytical mindset and passion for fashion are essential

-           Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin

-           Excellent negotiation and numerical skills

-           To be stationed in Macao
