Regional channel marketing role

A reputable global fund house is looking for a marketing professional to join their dynamic marketing team.
Reporting to the department head and managing a small team. You will work close with regional sales and distribution teams as well as head office, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand marketing and integrated go-to-market initiatives, including brand advertising campaigns, product launches, sales presentation kits, client communications, product fact sheets, marketing collaterals, sponsorship events, client events and etc. Your other responsibilities are but not limited to: monitor competitors’ activities and support research to reflect insights in marketing strategy; defines ROI to evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns; keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes; budget management and participate in special projects and etc.
The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Marketing or a related discipline, with 10 years of experience in regional channel and product marketing functions within fund houses, financial institutions or insurance companies. You are expected to work with hands-on approach yet with strong leadership, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and with excellent organization skills in coordinating and managing programmes and confident to work with stakeholders at senior management level. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required. Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory.
