Senior / Chief Maintenance Engineer–Electrical (5-day work)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance team and subcontractor
• Cost estimation for electrical maintenance , WR2, A&A works
• Liaise and communicate with client and consulting engineers to perform electrical works & energy improvement works
• Monitoring of maintenance works and solving technical problems

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Building Services Engineering
• At least 8 years of proven experience in Electrical system installation, maintenance, T&C and energy improvement works
• Knowledge of BEC control and IoT technologies would be an advantage
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Computer literacy
• Holder of REW B0/C0
• Preferably with valid driving license

Candidates with more experience will be considered for higher level positions.

Working Location : Kwan Tong
