Senior Claims Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Generate ad-hoc / regular reports and dashboards for Operations team and Management
  • Manage BAU activities, e.g. business letter issuing and status tracking, business changes and UAT
  • Coordinate audit activities initiated by Group, customers, IT and other parties, collect necessary information and documents and prepare results for management and auditors
  • Handle administration tasks such as form amendment, updates on website, documentation of processes and business requirements
  • Reply enquiries from internal customers within in a timely manner
  • Cooperate with other teams to meet the deadlines and expectation of services
  • Ensure accuracy and review the procedures for continuous improvement
  • Ensure claims are processed within company service standard

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in business analysis, project management or systems implementation
  • Proven capability to drive changes
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and problem solving skills
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience in insurance / financial industry is a plus
  • Knowledge in AS400, SQL, Macro, MS Access is a plus
  • Immediate available is a plus
