Job Descriptions:

  • Assist the relationship managers to perform documentation, monitor account opening and KYC assessment
  • Ensure proper receipt acknowledgement of credit applications and timely approval of annual credit review
  • Provide administrative support, e.g. perform filing task and assist in processing loans rollover
  • Prepare various monthly and quarterly MIS & business reports
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE graduates or above
  • Minimum 5 year’s working experience in banking industry
  • Basic knowledge in the business of Corporate Banking will be an advantage
  • Mature, responsible and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and customer services skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua will be advantage
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel will be advantage
