Senior Clerk / Assistant Officer / Officer (Cross Border) - CCCF

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with CCB branches and customers about Cross-Border Loan Applications
• Follow up on missing documents and approval status and compile the applications to ensure all loan documentations are fulfilled
• Perform application data input
• Answering phone enquiries from Mainland customer and communication with different department including credit approval, product owner, branch manager, customer support and loan payment service.
• Conduct internal and external search to support the applications
• Cooperate with Cross Border Sales team and operation team to ensure loan disbursement, payment and renewal
• Handling China Mortgage registration including applications preparation, upload documents and its follow up and also communication with mainland law firm and CCB branches
• Participate system enhancement e.g. UAT

Requirements:

• DSE holder or above with at least 1 year banking experience is preferable. However, no banking experience will also be considered
• Ability of Chinese typing
• Excellent written and spoken in Mandarin and Cantonese. Fair in English (Mandarin is a must)
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good Computer skills in data organizing and report generating
