Senior Clerk / Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration work and clerical supports including data entry, filing, courier & mailing arrangements and document control;
  • Handle incoming calls and daily correspondence;
  • Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above;
  • At least 3 years relevant experience;
  • Good commands of both written and spoken Chinese and English,;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Mature, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently.
