Senior Clerk of Works/Clerk of Works (2 years contract)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with main contractor and monitor the building works of the assigned property development project
• Liaise with consultant and contractor to ensure construction quality, progress and cost meets the contract requirement
• Monitor site activities and report critical issues
• Prepare defect list and monitor defect rectification progress and result
• Attend site meeting and prepare weekly report

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Construction / Building Studies or other relevant disciplines with HKICW professional qualification preferred
• At least 8 years relevant experience in construction industry particularly in fitting out, renovation, alteration/addition works and associated building services installation works etc.
• Previous working experience with property developer is definitely an advantage, experience in new building development is preferred
• Proficient in quality requirements in the industry
• Positive, hardworking and strong communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good computer knowledge
