Responsibilities:
- Supports Unified Communication solution.
- Manage the network, voice and video equipment plus relevant resources
- Deploy and maintain the network, voice and video-related technologies and projects
- Provides support on system installation, administration and configuration to ensure meeting user requirements.
- Lead a user requirement discussion, influence customer's decisions, and stablish/maintain good relationship with customer.
- Be involved in customer engagement activities to understand technical needs for the customers' business
- Prepares solution and technical documentation for UC project, translation of functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design and scopes
- Prepares and updates technical documents such as system installation guide / operation manual
- Assist in the project transition from sales to project delivery team
Requirements
- High Diploma or above in computer, IT or related disciplines
- Practical experience on Cisco IPT, Voice Recording System, PABX, Audio and Video equipment.
- Experience in design and delivery of complex IP Convergence projects on Cisco UC Network
- Experience in VoIP protocols such as Media gateway Control Protocol (MGCP), H.323, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Cisco proprietary protocol Skinny Call Control Protocol (SCCP).
- Knowledge in implementing Quality of Service (QoS)
- At least 5 years of experience with Voice/ UC products specifically as a solution architect or consultant.
- Independent working ability to complete assignment
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Holder of professional certificates - CCNP Voice or Cisco CCIE is a plus
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Collaboration Engineer
