In this position you are expected to:

  • Follow-up tenancy delinquent accounts by telephone dunning, written communications and outdoor visits and carry out appropriate recovery actions
  • Conduct risk analysis for tenant litigation and prepare initial disclosures and interrogatories
  • Assist in proceeding legal actions for court case whenever necessary
  • Prepare reports for the management's review

The ideal person:

  • Diploma holder or above in Legal, Compliance, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience gained in property developers, financial services or legal companies
  • Experience in rent collection and bad debt accounts' recovery
  • Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Collection Manager
