Senior Company Secretarial Manager

  • Degree or diploma holder in business administration / corporate governance or related discipline
  • At least 8 years company secretarial experience, preferably in professional firm
  • Associate membership of ICSA / HKICS
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, attentive to details and willingness to learn
  • Good team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Senior Company Secretarial Officer

Job Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of HK and offshore companies by providing all types of corporate and administration services
  • Handle and deal with clients enquiries on all company secretarial matters
  • Handle non statutory matters such as due diligence on clients and opening of bank accounts, etc.
  • Ad hoc duties delegated by Director
