Senior Company Secretarial Officer/Company Secretarial Officer

  • At least 6 years company secretarial experience, preferable in professional firm
  • Associate or Student membership of HKICS with a degree or equivalent qualifications
  • Familiarity with the CSA software operation is preferred
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be also useful
  • Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn all facets of the company secretarial business
  • Good team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • 5-days work
  • Working location: Central, Wyndham Street
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Company Secretarial Officer

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for a wide range of company secretarial duties for our clients, including preparation of minutes, resolutions and statutory documents of HK and offshore companies
  • Arranging of filing of the statutory documents with the Companies Registry, Inland Revenue Department and other government of authorities
  • Updating and maintaining corporate records
  • Handle and deal with clients' enquiries on company secretarial matters
  • Providing administrative support to the senior staff
  • Assist in handing ad-hoc projects when required
