Senior Company Secretary / Company Secretarial Assistant

  • Degree holder with professional qualification in ICSA/HKICS
  • 5 years solid company secretarial experience gained from CPA or legal firms or bank for the position of Senior Company Secretary
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Company Secretarial Assistant
  • Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized and responsible
  • Demonstrated can do attitude, problem-solving skills, time and task management skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese and conversational Mandarin
  • Japanese speaking and writing is an advantages but not essential
  • Proficient computer skills in Work, Excel and CSA expert
  • Immediate available is preferable

Job Duties:

  • Handle full range of company secretarial services to clients including but not limited to incorporation of Hong Kong and overseas companies, change of directors or secretaries, transfer of shares, alteration in M&A, alteration in share capital and allotment of shares; renewal of annual fees, dissolution of companies, preparation of minutes or board resolutions
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers and routine filings
  • Conduct KYC/due diligence procedure and support clients in opening bank accounts
  • Liaise with clients, banker, lawyers, agents on all company secretarial matters
  • Perform administrative duties and handle ad-hoc assignment
